This good quality instrument is mandatory for testing batteries in a multiple battery application, this purchased was used to replace a loaned unit that never returned home and serves to test the individual batteries in an RV house and coach battery bank
With this tester it's possible truly test your batteries, I then I disconnect the extra batteries from the main battery, the tester gets real hot, the longer you hold the button down the hotter the unit gets, I can't express how important the tool is
It seems like I'm always chasing issue with my batteries and trying to determine which one as gone bad, this product makes it easy to put your battery under load and determine which one is causing the problems
My only complaint is that the battery leads need to come out of the other end of the case which would make reading the meter after connecting the tester much easier
People who complain about voltage readings or the meter being weak or low quality don't understand voltmeters and the need to measure a battery under load
