Excelent design and built quality. Easy to use and to carry arround. Kickstand is great and easy to adjust to any position.
Very good screen quality image and light. You may have to touch a bit more harder than in smartphone screen, but it's normal due to the screen size.
Sound quality is good, but it could be a bit more louder. Microphone is good.
Battery capacity is very good and charging is really fast; usualy I charge it once a day with regular work use. Good processor performance, 5,84GB of usable RAM and 115GB of usable ROM; USB 3.0 slots, audio jack and card slot work very nice.
After 1 and half month of using it, it really worths the price. The performance is really good, even when performing more complex tasks. The SurBook keyboard is definitely an idispensable accessory for this tablet (for writing and to protect the screen while you're not using it).

My Chuwi Surbook arrived to my door in about 3 weeks from the date of order. I didn’t have to pay any customs or import tax as I paid for Priority Line shipping. The item was safely packed so nothing happened during transport, thank you Gearbest for that! In my opinion Chuwi Surbook is well build 2 in 1 tablet. It is definitely not the lightest 2 in 1 tablet on the market, but still lighter than my last notebook (it weighs 1.27 kg with a supplied keyboard). It performs as expected according to its technical specification and it is sufficient enough for browsing on the net or office work. I haven‘t experienced any problem with updating Windows to the latest version and installing ms office and other software on it. Overall good product for the price.

Although it supports quick pd charging, the product is not supplied with this kind of charger which is a pity. During the first day of use I had very annoying experience. First two letters from Chuwi logo in the back of the chassis started to peel off automatically, soon after that I managed to remove other two letters with ease but to my surprise I was not able to do the same with the last U letter. So now the logo has remained looking silly which is really frustrating. It is a shame that Chuwi didn’t put more effort into making their logo properly.
Used daily as my work device. I installed Pro over the top of the Home edition to allow me to use it more effectively for work - is reliable, quick and ideal for general emails, quotations, on site reviews of drawings etc. Charges quickly and battery life is reasonable but I charge it in car with a USB C adaptor or battery.

Keyboard connectivity is a bit hit and miss - It can lose connectivity on certain stand settings but I normally use a USB keyboard anyway
pros: - the battery is great - gets along with windows 10 very well - lightweight - good for reading/studying
cons: - the power button some times gets confused and does not power up the device - the letters of the logo on the back fell off in no time, this one is not a big deal!
Great tablet pc for the price you pay. Battery is good and Windows 10 works well. Display quality is excellent and the display gets really bright. Overall the build quality of this device is great.
