It is built like a compact tank that withstands tough terrain, abuse and collisions I bought two and my kids have them fight against each other, the only weakness of the car as other buyers attest is that the battery charge is short lived, even though the battery compartment has room for a bigger battery, the good news is you get two batteries so you can play with one as you charge the other charge time vastly exceeds play time though, changing the battery involves removing a screw with a screwdriver which can be tricky for a kid, I doubt many kids won't get a plentiful dose of fun from it
I have never worked with a company as willing to make you happy as I have with this company, I had an issue with a part that I had broken on the car and they were extremely willing to help me fix the problem, they have done everything that they could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer which in my opinion is what makes a company so great, with the high speed that this car reaches, short charge time, and the longer battery life compared to some other RC cars, it can even drive quite fine through grass, if anyone is looking for a fun and fast car to drive
Great remote control car with huge, huge range and second power pack, only downfall is you need a screwdriver to open the battery pack - not perfect when it's for a younger kid, this company has excellent customer service - upon their learning that the `` screwdriver necessary to change the battery'' situation was not ideal for my young child they reached out and offered to send a different model that didn't require unscrewing anything to charge, we've had this car for going on so months and it is still going strong-very high quality
My five-year old saved and saved to be able to purchase his own remote-controlled car, this one seemed to be the best quality for the lowest price and he's thrilled with it, when my husband accidentally drove over the remote controller and broke it my son was devastated, excellent customer service on top of a great product made this a win-win for us
This RC- car proved to be very sensitive. The plastic part connecting the main sash with the wheels sets, broke within 1 week of use. And this while driving very carefully. No climbing stairs down, just crushing it a few times to furniture. Big disappointment for my son.
