I'm obsessed with old 1950s lamps with lots of curves, including 90 degree turns. This has become an indispensable tool to re-wire old, very curved lamps that weren't designed to be worked on again. I plumb the lamp after removing the old wire, grab the new and pull it through.
this thing is awesome (and not at lowes btw) i used it a ton of times already pulling speaker and amp wires if anyone has ever used a fish tape before you know all about the PINCHY cases when rolling them up, not an issue with this thing love it
I really liked this mini-cable snake. 15 ft. is really all I need. I am a DIY. It was very easy to both spool out and wind in. I used it to run a cat 8 ethernet cable from the basement to the floor of the 1st floor.
Does the job. I used to use clothes hangar wires duct taped together. This is a good firm wire, was able to snake from attic down the wall, to run speaker wires, excellent investment!!
