No more gigantic olive oil bottle on the counter. It makes more room for food prep in a tiny kitchen. After using store cans of oil sprayers, we wanted something more environmentally friendly and effective. It's smaller than I expected, but I suppose you don't want oil sitting in there too long and going rancid. Haven't tried cleaning it yet.
I used to waste so much oil or use too much, and we all know how expensive olive oil is. This makes my oil last so much longer, and apply it only where needed. Making dinner just right, and pancakes perfect every single time! The large top in a controlled space means equal pressure on the nozzle.
I have wanted an oil sprayer like this for a long time. It's on the counter next to my stove all the time. I use it so often. I spray my veggies before roasting, spray pans when I need a measured amount of oil to fry something, and spray salads and veggies. A perfect addition to my cooking tools.
