The sound amplifiers work well, for my kind of hearing loss, they are nearly perfect. I run them on the lowest possible volume setting, which makes it easier for me to hear the conversation at work. They are great for work and for hearing my grandkids, which is what I bought them for. For the money, they are an exceptional value.
I have suffered from what I thought was a right ear hearing loss for a few years. My test showed an ear issue.
